Peter Garrity - B.Eng (Hons) is a registered Barn Owl consultant (Barn Owl Trust) and has over 50 years of ornithological experience. In recent years he has been focusing on the welfare of Barn Owls. His technical abilities support a high level of professionalism and up to date technological outputs in terms of surveying, data provision and reporting.
Peter has been a trustee of the Sheffield Bird Study Group for many years and has contributed to their surveying programmes, field work, data collection and report writing. He is currently their newsletter editor. He is an experienced wildlife photographer and videographer and his photographs have appeared in many local and national publications. His videos have appeared on UK and International Television and he has appeared on regional television in connection with ornithological subjects.
